Personalized Nutrition Consulting
THERE IS NO ONE SIZE FITS ALL WHEN IT COME TO HEALTH
You are one-of-a-kind, and your nutrition consulting should be too. I guide clients to connect with their own bodies, tuning into natural rhythms, and learning to listen to personal needs. Breakthrough limiting beliefs and discover your potential for health and happiness.
I am focused on educating and guiding my community through a way of eating and living that meets their physical, mental, and emotional needs, in alignment with their culture and way of life.
Personal counseling will include a comprehensive analysis of one’s diet and health history, identification of nutrient inadequacies as well as an assessment of the body’s ability to absorb and use nutrients. A holistic nutritional practitioner focuses on finding the root cause of dis-ease and in doing so explores all components of an individual including diet, emotional well-being, spirituality, work, and physical health.
A family counseling program would begin right where you are. If you're going crazy making 4 separate meals plus a gagillion snacks for everyone in your family each day, struggling with less-than adventurous eaters, I'm here for you! I've helped many kids learn to love colorful fruits and vegetables, and will work with you and your family to deliver exactly what you need to get back on track and return your sanity.
Whether its personal or whole family guidance you seek. I'm happy to help and support you wherever you are on your journey. Schedule a FREE zoom or phone consultation below.
Farmers Market Adventures
THE FUN PATH TO STRESS-FREE MEALTIMES AND ADVENTUROUS EATERS
Path to Panacea offers customized farmers market excursions, paired with a fantastic family cooking class. A day filled with fun for parents and children of all ages, lead by Alicia Faris,
Certified Holistic Nutritionist/Educator
This adventure could be your little foodies' next birthday party or a weekend play-date with friends. Farmer's market activities often include scavenger hunts and games while shopping for produce. Along the way, we make friends with farmers and learn about new fruits and vegetables. We approach the farmers market as a place to ask questions freely, try new things, and explore! The party can continue to your home kitchen or neighborhood community center, where the group will learn to prepare a meal from the day's bounty!
This and other early cooking experiences can have a lasting impact, inspiring children to love cooking and healthy eating while building their confidence. When kids are empowered to make decisions about and prepare their own food, they are more likely to eat it!
If this sounds like your kind of shindig, drop us a line to see what we can create!

Empowered Eater Program
EMPOWER CHILDREN TO BE MORE MINDFUL, ADVENTUROUS EATERS.
To help families make surprisingly simple shifts towards real food programs, we incorporate interactive farmers market and grocery store trips, pantry makeovers, cooking classes, and a customized, approachable, manageable, and maintainable empowered eater program.
Believing that children are capable and involving them in their feeding journeys gives them the courage that they need to try new things and learn from each encounter with new foods. We use the knowledge of a child's nature to nurture him in the best possible direction.
This results in healthier kids that have lasting long-term positive relationships with food, and feel empowered to try new things and make healthier choices. The whole family can enjoy stress-free mealtimes rich in community and conversation.
