Fresh Pasta Party: Each guest will learn to mix, roll, and cut fresh pasta dough by hand the classic Italian nonna way. Before we cook the pasta, we’ll make your choice of homemade sauce (marinara, pesto, or brown butter and sage). Once our pasta is cooked, tossed, and topped with plenty of parmesan cheese, we’ll sit down to eat and toast the birthday honoree.

Roast Chicken Dinner Party: For this party, we’re talking roasting and seasoning. Guests will dig deep into their pantries as they create custom spice blends to season chicken and vegetables for a roasted sheet pan dinner. We’ll learn how to pull complementary flavors throughout a dish as we make a vinaigrette to top a side salad. Once everything is out of the oven, we’ll toast the birthday honoree and sit down to a special feast!

Cupcake Challenge Party: We’ll learn all about the fundamentals of baking as each guest whips up a custom batch of cupcakes (want to add chocolate, lemon, or sprinkles? Go for it, if you have it!) While our cupcakes bake, we’ll make buttercream frosting and practice decorating techniques. We’ll end the party by showing off our creations, toasting the birthday honoree, and finding out the best way to eat a cupcake (Frosting first? All in one bite?)

Quesadilla Fiesta: For this party we’ll be making and filling cheesy quesadillas. We’ll also make fresh guacamole and salsa, because what’s a quesadilla without its toppings?

Breakfast Bash: Bring everyone together for a special breakfast (or breakfast for dinner) as we learn how to make your favorite morning foods: choose from a frittata, pancakes, Dutch baby, biscuits and breakfast sausage, fruit salad and fresh squeezed citrus juices.

Choose-Your-Own-Adventure Cookie Party: We’re celebrating with the most versatile cookie recipes on the planet! We’ll teach everyone to make the same base recipe, them spin it in different directions depending on what mix-ins you brought to the party. Brown butter chocolate chip, almond balls, lemon drops: we’ll get creative and all make lots of treats.

Party packages start at $350 for up to 10 households. Additional households, $20 each. Additional cooking lessons (like a dessert add-on) will add time at a rate of $80/half hour.
